Rebecca has been in the fashion industry
nearly 17 years and began her career as a photographer in 1999.
Her dynamic capture of people and personality has put her work
in fashion and beauty related magazines. Not limited to
magazines, Rebecca’s work is also published in catalogues,
non-fiction books and mixed medium advertisements. Her printed
work caught the attention of Time Warner for whom she is now a
featured photographer. Capturing additional attention of a
highly regarded artist representation firm, Rebecca is the
chosen photographer for commercial and celebrity west coast
print assignments. Additionally, she is a contributing
photographer for London based Alamy Images, one of the world's
most respected imagery organizations.
Rebecca’s work is featured annually at
well respected art museums through screenings of her work. Her
photographs are set to passionate music and visuals highlighting
the best of her work. The show is accompanied by fashion runway
sets and is attended by people of the industry, from agencies,
models, magazines and media members.
Rebecca’s style captures the beauty of
people, their expressions and the ranges of personality whether
the subject is celebrity or the girl next door. She shoots
outdoors and on location. Her style is best suited for natural
lighting and she capitalizes on how the human face is best
perceived without artificial lighting. Her idea is that, though
the photographs are about people, the location settings help to
invoke emotion and reaction in her subjects.
